Samsung Galaxy Core Prime troubleshooting

Problem:Solution:
Phone freezes/operation is unstableTurn the phone on again. If you are unable to turn the phone off, remove and replace the Battery, and then turn the phone on again. Data that was being edited is erased after your phone is powered on again
Operation is unstable after a new application was installedThe newly installed application may be the cause. Uninstall the application.
Cannot use phone, mail, or InternetCheck whether you are in an area where signal is weak or out of service area
Power the phone on again
Is the phone in Airplane mode? To check whether Airplane mode is enabled:
- From home, tap Apps > Settings > Airplane mode
Is mobile data disabled? To check that mobile data is enabled:
- From home, tap Apps > Settings > More networks > Mobile networks > Mobile data
Battery level goes down quicklyAre you in an area where signal is weak, or have you been in an area with no coverage for a long period? Calling where signal is weak or being out of service area uses a lot of Battery
Cannot install applicationsApplications cannot be installed with only a little free space on the phone or SD card. Applications not supported by your phone cannot be installed
Cannot unlock screenPower the phone on again. If you are unable to turn the phone off, remove and replace the Battery, and then power the phone on again. Apps or other processes that were running may lose data when the battery is removed
